Esta ilustração foi desenvolvida como parte de um curso recente que fiz do grande ilustrador editorial Tim Peacock. Tomei como referência uma matéria muito interessante do G1, sobre um estudo que identificou a chamada "luz da vida" — um fenômeno presente em seres vivos e plantas, que se apaga após a morte. Ele está associado a reações bioquímicas do organismo e pode variar conforme o nível de estresse e vitalidade.

This illustration was created as part of a recent course I took with illustrator Tim Peacock. I based it on a really interesting article from G1 about a study that identified what's called the "light of life" — a phenomenon found in living beings and plants that fades after death. It’s linked to biochemical reactions in the body and can vary depending on stress levels and vitality.

Depois de alguns testes, a ideia final foi representar um espírito em transição, deixando para trás sua luz da vida. Ao seu redor, plantas também emitem essa mesma luz, sugerindo que todos compartilham dessa energia vital.

After some experimentation, the final idea was to portray a spirit in transition, leaving behind its light of life. Around it, plants also emit that same light, suggesting that all living things share this vital energy.
Depois de alguns testes, a ideia final foi representar um espírito em transição, deixando para trás sua luz da vida. Ao seu redor, plantas também emitem essa mesma luz, sugerindo que todos compartilham dessa energia vital.
